DIN-472-Flat Circlip
Super Springs produces various types of DIN-472-Flat Circlip Internal circlip is the most common form of safety device for shafts with internal grooves. It can transmit considerable axial forces from the part of the machine which exerts the force to the groove in which the circlip is fitted.

Coil Spring
Super Springs produces various types of Coil Springs like Single Pitch and Double Pitch with grounded, Un-grounded, and Flat wire. Super Springs is also doing Straight and Thermosat conditions springs as per customer requirements.
Surcace Treatment : Chemically Deburred, Mechnical Duburred, Hard Chrome Plated, Nitrating & Uniforn Coating
Materials: CrSi WIRE/SWOSC-V/KS15 , SS WIRE, SPRING STEEL WIRE

Round Wire Circlip
Super Springs produces various types of Round Wire-Internal circlip is the most common form of safety device for shafts with internal grooves. It can transmit considerable axial forces from the part of the machine which exerts the force to the groove in which the circlip is fitted.

Flate Wire Circlip

Plate Expander (Hump Expander for Piston Rings)
Super Springs is flattening the required size of wire in-house according to the customer’s requirement/drawings. Spectra produces Un-slotted and Slotted Hump Expander
Material: SS WIRE( SUS304) SPRING STEEL WIRE (IS 4454 GR 2 ) Cr Si wire (KS15)
Wire dia: Round wire will be flatted according to Thickness and Width

Serpentine Expander
The appearance of the Oil Ring Serpentine expander
The wave design seen in the picture below allows the spacer expander to act as a spring. The spring action of the Serpentine expander presses the side rails against the cylinder wall until the correct tension and unit wall pressure is achieved.
As mentioned above, the two side rails and the Serpentine expander form an oil ring set or assembly. This is why it is referred to as a three-piece ring.
